It varies quite a bit. We have employees take this program that have 0 experience in marketing but want to start helping their company in this field and then we also have others that have 15+ years of Marketing & Sales experience in our program. With that being said, it’s not about how many years of overall marketing experience your employees have in determining if this is a good fit, but rather, how many years of full-time working experience do they have in Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, PPC Marketing, SEO Marketing, and Lead Generation. If they have 0 experience, that is perfectly fine. If you have more than 3-4 years of full-time working experience in any of these areas, they can always skip that section (or save it for the end as I can assure you, they’ll still learn a ton in it) and focus on the other areas of Digital Marketing that we are training them on. Remember, we’re going to turn your employees into a full-stack Digital Marketer so they can make sure all facets of your online marketing are working together in the most effective way to ensure the greatest ROI for your company so they can be as valuable as possible to your company and grow it much faster.
Once your employees are finished with the training videos, we’ll then give them their optional assignments via email so they can implement what they’ve learned.

    • We’ll send them their first optional assignment. They can decide if they want to do this assignment or they can move to the next assignment if they’d like as we just want to make sure that they can get the exact work experience your company wants them to have asap so they can start growing your company much faster. If they decide they want to do the assignment, they can simply use the step-by-step guidance our former Fortune 500 Top-Level Marketing Exec. provides at the bottom of each assignment to help them stay on track in order to create the best marketing content and campaigns possible.
    • All assignments are 100% optional and there are 0 deadlines. Your employees can complete some assignments in as little as 30 minutes and they can spend much longer (4+ hours) on other assignments if they wish. The timeframe for how long your employees spend on each assignment is totally up to them and how much work they want to put into it and how perfect they’re trying to make something.
  1. Submit Your Assignment

He will review your employees’ work product with them individually, discuss what they did well and how they can improve for better results, and he’ll discuss digital marketing strategies on how they can get the most out of their marketing campaigns. Your employees will be able to ask questions during these calls and our former Fortune 500 Top-Level Marketing Exec. will also ask your employees questions about the content and their strategy to help steer them in the right direction just in case their strategy could improve. This is exactly what he does for his own employees and your employees will thus, be able to implement these exact digital marketing strategies on their own at your company for better results.

We strive for feedback within 24 hours during weekdays but our official policy is 1-3 business days just in case everyone submits at the exact same time.

Once we’ve fully trained your employees with our on-demand training videos, they’ll then be able to work 1-on-1 (remotely) with a former Fortune 500 Top-Level Marketing Exec. where they’ll immediately put their training to use and can complete Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, PPC Marketing, SEO Marketing, Lead Generation, Data Analytics, Content Creation, and Copywriting tasks. All assignments are 100% optional and there aren’t any deadlines.

Unlike at most jobs where the work they’re assigned is solely based on what the company needs, our company’s main focus is transforming your employees into a full-stack digital marketer so they can be much more valuable to your company and grow your company in all areas of digital marketing so you can get a much better ROI out of them. In order to achieve this, we focus on giving your employees the exact work experience that companies value the most in the areas that’s going to lead to the best ROI so they can grow your company much faster.
